This policy explains ownership rights, how to report alleged infringements, and how Inventorygram responds to intellectual property claims.
Inventorygram respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This policy describes the steps for reporting alleged infringement, how we evaluate and respond to notices, and the process for counter notifications where applicable. It also explains our repeat infringer policy.
This policy is intended to comply with applicable laws, including DMCA-style notice-and-takedown procedures where relevant. Our actions will be guided by applicable local law and contractual obligations.
If you believe content on Inventorygram infringes your intellectual property rights, please provide a written notice containing the information described in the Required Information section below. Send notices to our designated agent at legal@inventorygram.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice" or "IP Infringement Notice".
Upon receipt of a properly formatted notice, Inventorygram may take actions including removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content, notifying the account holder, and preserving evidence for investigation.
To help us process your claim efficiently, include the following information in your notice:
Providing complete information will help us evaluate and act on your notice more quickly. Incomplete notices may delay processing.
If your content has been removed or disabled in response to a notice and you believe this was done in error, you may submit a counter notice. Your counter notice should be sent to legal@inventorygram.com and include:
After receiving a valid counter notice, Inventorygram may forward it to the complaining party. Unless the complaining party files a court action seeking a restraining order or other relief within the statutory period (e.g., 10-14 business days depending on jurisdiction), Inventorygram may restore the removed content.
Inventorygram enforces a policy to terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers. Repeat infringer status may be determined by, among other things, the number, frequency, and severity of infringement notices and the user's overall pattern of behavior.
Inventorygram may also suspend accounts temporarily while investigating alleged infringement or to prevent further unlawful distribution.
Send infringement notices, counter notices, or appeals to legal@inventorygram.com. Include the required information described above to avoid processing delays.
We may update this Intellectual Property Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
